Interim House Contest
Hiya everyone. FYI, CrazyCatLadyMel is having another contest to raise yarn for Interim House. See information about the contest here.
What Melissa is requesting is people to send packages of yarn/knitting and crocheting supplies/patterns/whatever else is useful for knitters and crocheters (y'all know what that is--if you don't, email me or Melissa and we'll tell you what to send!) to Interim House, which is this amazing drug and alcohol addiction treatment center for women in Philadelphia. Nearly all the program participants learn to knit and/or crochet during their time there, and they are constantly in need of supplies. Anybody who sends a box to IH and also informs Melissa prior to the end of the contest wins a prize!
